Refunds may be issued for event tickets only if the cancellation is made more than one business day in advance of the event. Refunded ticket price is subject to a cancellation fee of 20%. Cancellation fee will cover transaction costs incurred by APA at either end of the monetary transfer, as well as administrative expenses. No refunds will be made after the event has taken place.
