Brief:
In today’s fiercely competitive marketplace, photographers are looking for ways to reinvent themselves and generate new sources of revenue. For many photographers, a partnership with the right retoucher is a crucial turning point in their careers. Realizing you need a retoucher is step one, seeking out and developing fruitful partnerships with retouchers is essential. Stephan Sagmiller from CYAN JACK will demonstrate how retouchers can afford you time, facilitate new stylistic directions and provide the resources needed to develop and perfect award-winning imagery.
What photographers will learn:
-How collaborating with a retoucher can make you more money
-How to communicate more clearly and efficiently with retouchers
-How to provide retouchers the images they need to do their best work.
-How to prepare photography and reference materials for a retoucher.
-Case Studies: How other photographers use retouching.
-Estimates: How to budget for retouching.
-When to use an on-set retoucher or integrated retoucher/digital tech
-Why hard proofs are still important in the retouching process.
-Standard practices in post-production workflow.
Demos:
-Digital capture demo - Highlighting benefits of pre-processing images developing a look during the shoot.
-Proper Illustration of retouching notes and commonly used notations using Adobe Photoshop, live edit VS notes made directly on proofs.

Event description:
This seminar will provide useful background on the social media arena (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more), offer tactical and strategic advice, delve into some case studies, and offer short and long term action items to help your marketing take advantage of these digital arenas.
Social Media fosters greater connectivity and person-to-person communications than traditional marketing channels can offer. It empowers your strengths and provides a platform for growth. Not only are more and more people using social networks to promote themselves, there are also more and more people "listening" to social networks in order to research and learn about opportunities, contacts, and trends. Have you ever "googled" someone before meeting with them in person? Then you're "listening" to social media. You're seeking the digital traces of that person. Question is, are you cultivating your own digital traces? What happens when someone seeks to learn more about you and your skills? Let's put a plan in place that builds up your digital traces, allowing your contacts to find you, learn more, and build a direct connection.

Sarah Small: The Delirium Constructions: Improvisation and Implausible Interaction
www.sarahsmall.com

ABOUT THE LECTURE
Sarah Small’s photography brings together groupings of distinctive visual personalities into fresh interaction in scenarios she contrives from the ground-up. Despite constructing these scenes, she captures authentic experiences of curiosity, unease, sensuality and alienation, often occurring simultaneously, just under the surface of her candy-colored, starkly-composed images.
This lecture will discuss how issues like technical considerations, artistic strategy, and the practicalities of photographing humans cohere to make her images what they are. Through a discussion of three of her own works, Small will explore how such issues intersect with her personal trajectory in her work. Sarah will talk about how the mundane details of a shoot – from choosing locations to casting models and setting up lighting – inform and are informed by models’ responses to one another and the experience of being photographed. In turn, Small will share how these considerations relate to both the vision that guides her work and the eventual images she produces. By sharing personal anecdotes about her artistic growth, including disappointments and (sometimes lucky) mistakes, Small will discuss how she has come to understand the relationship between these elements, and how problems, practicalities, and improvisations can be creatively enlisted together in dynamic images.
BIO
Sarah Small, a New York based photographer. Her work explores disassociated themes in the same glance by bringing people, activities and emotions -- with little overlap in reality or imagination -- into implausible contact. Small’s images capture living subjects up-close and in intimate interaction in stark compositions and disarming candy colors.
Small’s work has appeared in publications including Vogue, Life, Rolling Stone, HOW, Surface Magazine, Psychology Today, Sony, Vice, Playgirl New York Magazine, and The New York Times. Her images have been exhibited in major and minor U.S. cities alike, in such venues as The Corcoran Gallery, Farmani Gallery, Stricola Contemporary, Center for Fine Art Photography, Exit Art, Silverstien Photography, Chelsea Art Museum, Jen Beckman, and Photographic Center Northwest. Small’s work has been shown around the globe in cities including Paris, Berlin, London, Beijing, Nantes, Amsterdam, Toronto, and Sydney, and showcased in exhibitions at the Australian Center for Photography, Caprice Horn Gallery, and the Bova Image Festival.
Small has been the recipient of numerous awards. Most recently, she was given a 10 Best 10 Award by WIN Initiative and Resource Magazine. This past summer, she was one of two American finalists in the 8th annual International Talent Support Competition (ITS#8). Small has been nominated for the Santa Fe Prize, and for 3 consecutive years, she has been a finalist in Photo Lucida’s Critical Mass Competition. She has been honored in competitions held by American Photography 24, Magenta Foundation, Px3, and the Annual Photography Masters Cup. Small was given the Avant Gaurdian Award by Surface Magazine in 2005 and, three years later, selected as one of eight honorees spanning the life of the decade-old competition. Recently, American Photo Magazine named her as one of the “Top 13 Emerging Photographers” working today.
Small currently teaches at the Parsons School of Design and has served as a board member for the American Society for Media Photographers, New York Chapter. She was born into a family of musicians and writers and spent her high-school years wandering the streets of her hometown of Washington, D.C., equipped with her Pentax K1000. Following her training at the Rhode Island School of Design, Small moved to Brooklyn where, when not working on photography and performance projects, she sings and arranges vocal scores with Black Sea Hotel, Brooklyn’s Balkan a Cappella quartet.
Jason Florio: Photojournalism: A Personal Psychosis
www.floriophoto.com

Image ©Jason Florio
BIO
Jason Florio is a NYC based photographer and writer from London. For the past 10 years he has worked as a freelance photojournalist around the globe for publications including The New Yorker, New York Times, Outside, Liberation, and The Times of London, completing stories that attempt to reveal the unseen and to provide an alternative point of view on people and places. At the beginning of his career he had the dubious recognition of being one of the last photographers in Afghanistan to photograph the anti-Taliban commander Ahmed Shah Masoud in August 2001, who was assassinated by Al Queda operatives on September 9th, then to be at the foot of the World Trade Center on September 11th as it collapsed. Since then he has returned to Central Asia a number of times on both personal journeys and assignments. Whether it’s bat hunting in Suriname or searching for pirates in Somalia he is most at home away from home and immersed into a story. Florio spent the last 3 months of 2009 making a 930 km expedition by foot of The Gambia, West Africa to produce a series of portraits of African chiefs for which in part he was given fellowship of the Royal Geographical Society in London. The Gambia has been a place Florio regularly returns to. For the past 12 years he has made yearly trips there to work on a long term large format portrait project of the people that live in and around a sacred forest there called Makasutu. The culminating body of work was shown in New York in 2009 in a solo exhibition and the work won a Black and White magazine Spotlight Award, as well as garnering him a nomination for the Santa Fe prize. Florio was awarded the Joy of Giving Something grant in 2004 to produce the first ever assigned story for Aperture in their 50 year history, called ‘This is Libya’, which is now part of the permanent collection of The Forward Thinking Museum. His work on Afghanistan is in the permanent collection of the Brooklyn Museum of Art in New York, as well as a number of private collections. Between magazine assignments and photographing for NGOs this year he is planning another expedition to West Africa to retrace the journey of his hero, Scottish explorer Mungo Park, who went in search of the source of the Niger River 200 years ago.
ARTIST STATEMENT
For me, photography is a way to strip away the boundaries, the prejudices and the false ideas that society and environmental pressures impose to frame my vision.
It is a conduit and a tool for me to bridge a myriad of boundaries be they linguistic, age or ideological. The most important thing to me about photography is the making of it, not necessarily the exhibiting or showing it in a magazine. It's being in the moment and the connection that I feel with that person or place and how through what I aim the camera at is really a way to describe myself and a way to engage with humanity.

Wise men say only fools rush in, but WIN-Initiative and the New York chapter of the Advertising Photographers of America (APA|NY) say you’d be a fool to miss their upcoming, all-day photography seminar ‘Fools Rush In’ set for Thursday, April 1st.Though set for April Fools’ Day, the all-day event is certainly no joke. Portfolio reviews, a panel discussion, a marketplace, a guest lecturer and special announcements will all take place. Held at the Bathhouse Studios in the East Village, the event kicks off with a portfolio review, where attendees can have one-on-one reviews of their work by esteemed members of the photography community. Each attendee will have three 15-minute sessions with the likes of Pulitzer Prize-winning Photo Editor Stella Kramer, Alison Zavos (Publisher/Managing Editor of photo blog Feature Shoot) and Dripbook.com co-founder and Creative Director Alex Wright, among other notable names (below).
A moderated panel dubbed ‘The Bright Future’ will follow the portfolio reviews. Focusing on the state of photography and its imminent changes, the panel will include some of the notable reviewers as well as other prominent leaders in the field.
‘Fools Rush In’ will also feature a marketplace, allowing for key sponsors to interact with participants and demonstrate how their products can better serve them. The list of sponsors include SONY, Bron Imaging Group, Arc, Adorama, Agency Access, Blinkbid and Duggal, who will be showcasing recent work from local WIN and Contaminate NYC talent. (The exhibition, which will be taking place throughout the day, is open to anyone who registers for the event.) SONY will be on hand to award the WIN’s 10 Best 10 regional winner with the a550 DSLR. Photography and Social Change
Stephen Shames will discuss his four decades in photography. All of his work has been about social change. Recently he went from documenting social change to actually working on it in a hands-on manner, starting an educational leadership program called L.E.A.D Uganda which locates forgotten children with innate talents and molds them into leaders. L.E.A.D Uganda finds children living on the edges of society - AIDS orphans, former child soldiers, child laborer - and gives them the world class, 21st century skills necessary to lead Africa into the future. In this very compelling and inspiring program, Steve will be showing photos from various projects throughout his career as well as photos and videos from the L.E.A.D Uganda program and the impact it is having on numerous young lives.
About Stephen Shames

Steve is author of four monographs: Outside the Dream, Pursuing the Dream, The Black Panthers (Aperture), and Transforming Lives (Star Bright Books). Shames wrote and directed two videos: Friends of the Children and Children of Northern Uganda.
Steve’s 2008 bus shelter and subway ads for the NYC DADS campaign of the City of New York received a Pollie award from American Association of Political Consultants.Steve shot the 2008 and 2009 annual appeal for United Jewish Communities.

MULTI-PLATFORM EDITING
Presenting Your Work to the New Media Landscape
Are you trying to refresh your portfolio or website in order to expand your marketing for the New Year? Are you too close to your own work to see it clearly, and are overwhelmed by this ever-changing visual and technological landscape?
Editing isn't easy to do on your own, and it is more important than ever to consider how new technologies and media platforms will affect how your work is viewed.
If you’re wondering about all of this, and what photo editors and art buyers are looking for, then this seminar is for you.

Chip Forelli: "A Vocation and Avocation in Photography"
http://www.chipforelli.com/
Chip Forelli’s photographic career encompasses 25 years as a professional photographer with international gallery representation and publication credits including the cover of and a feature profile in Communication Arts, Photo District News, Graphis, Black & White magazine, Lenswork, and Lürzer’s Archive. Solo exhibitions of his work have been at the Steinhardt Conservatory Gallery of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, the Mercedes Benz Gallery of New York, the Art Institute of Atlanta, the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies and Hoopers Gallery in London, England. In reviewing the shows, the New York Times has noted, “these photos cover an impressive range of ideas and interpretations... revealing uncanny simultaneous experiences with alternating haze and hard edged clarity... absorbing examples that tease perception and intense compositions that bring in an otherworldly lighting contribute to a spiritual quality.”
In addition to photographing purely for himself, Forelli’s travels also take him on assignment where he works with prestigious advertising and corporate clients photographing campaigns for BMW, Land Rover, AT&T, Eastman Kodak, Eclipse Aviation and pro bono work for Doctors Without Borders.
Originally trained as an architect and musician, Forelli was drawn to photography because it shares with architecture and music "the demand for a fine balance between aesthetic sensibility and craft - if you alter the balance, you run the risk of becoming overly conceptual or preoccupied with technique."
Forelli has lectured and gives seminars at PhotoExpo, the Art Directors Club of New York and numerous photographic organizations. He also has taught at the International Center of Photography in New York City and the Maine Media Workshops in addition to leading independent workshops overseas. Top awards have been given to him from Communication Arts, Lürzer’s Archive, Graphis and the Carnegie Museum of Natural History.
Chip Forelli lives in the Upper Delaware River Valley of Pennsylvania with his wife, Gloria, and three sons, Jake, Cris and Ryan.
Chip Forelli: Artist Statement
My creative quest is the discovery of visual gifts - those precious instances of unrevealed beauty that we unknowingly encounter every day. Much is to be gained by embracing these opportunities.
Experiencing beauty, whether occurring naturally or introduced by the hand of man, is a primal need in society that I would put on par with the need for sustenance and love. To convey it, we have relied largely upon the arts through the ages. However, beauty is in short supply in the art world today, so I want to do my part in redirecting our attention to that which elevates and enriches the spirit and gives us hope - our society needs this more than ever. An integral part of this process is the rekindling of the qualities of childhood that should never have been lost - curiosity, exploration, discovery and wonder. It takes some effort, but the payoff is great. We need to literally and figuratively unplug the TV - to detach ourselves from the piped-in influence of a tabloid/sitcom/reality TV culture that dulls down our senses while acting as a substitute for imagination. Once we do this, we open ourselves to the possibilities. And then, with no preconceived notions clouding our vision, we can recognize and celebrate beauty - it feeds and replenishes the soul.
The emotional high I experience when encountering these visual gifts is relived through the making of expressive photographic prints of these overlooked and underestimated, but finally vindicated subjects.

The pen is mightier than the sword but in our increasingly visual culture maybe the image has become the automatic weapon, with unprecedented power for communication and with very real consequences. We swim in a visual culture and yet like fish in water we hardly think about significance of the medium that envelops us: information, news, advertising, pop culture, celebrity portraits and not to overlook our family albums now online and public at Flickr, Facebook and elsewhere. The power of the photograph lies in its obvious immediacy and its assumed reality - but how much should we trust what we see in the digital age? As the 21st Century gets under way the power to make and distribute imagery has never been greater and we need to learn new skills to distinguish fact from metaphor, public from private, art from vernacular, truth from lies...

I regularly shoot feature length assignments around the world for National Geographic Magazine. My job is to work with every kind of person under any kind of condition and create timeless images for a client with the highest visual standards on earth.
Simply put, I tell authentic stories that engage people and inspire them to dream...
This experience informs my commercial work which revolves around bringing brands to life in ways people recognize as authentic and real. I want people to look at the images I create for companies and feel inspired, not sold to. In this sense, my commercial work is very personal and I seek collaborations with like minded clients who want to create work that is perceived as genuine because it is genuine.
More recently I have become passionate about the shifting media landscape and new possibilities for visual communication. To embrace these changes, I co-founded Merge, a boutique company dedicated to telling brand stories through still photographs and moving images that unfold seamlessly across an array of media, from Print to web to Television and back.
At home, I live with my family in a 200 year old farmhouse with a big post beam barn on 2 beautiful acres just outside of Portland, Maine, a place that has always triggered a instinctual sense belonging in me. My family, my home, and Maine ground me and fuel the boundless sense of possibility and hope I bring to my work.
I continually marvel at how endless the opportunities are. Now is the time to start exploring them.

Let your images do the talking
Wednesday, October 21 with Amanda Sosa Stone and Suzanne Sease

Image of Amanda Sosa Stone ©Chris Casler

Amanda Sosa Stone and Suzanne Sease will review your work and select your five (5) hero images. Then we have you tell us who you are as if we were your client and you must "sell" them to us (1-2 minute elevator speech). Then we will compare your words to your visuals. It's amazing what you will find out about yourself and your success teammates.
Former art buyers, Sosa Stone and Sease have an eye for images and their goal is to make you LOOK GOOD and be a QUICK SELL!!! Whether your interest is in editorial (you have to sell the viewer to read the article), advertising, graphic design (you have to sell a client's product), in house corporate (you have to sell the employees that their company is the best) or consumer (you have to sell a parent that you are the one to photograph their child) - you must know who you are and be able to show them visually and verbally. So, what do your hero images sell????
PROJECT: Send amanda@sosastone.com 10-20 of your favorite images (72 dpi, 8 x 10) and let us tell you which images are your hero shots. (must be received by October 12th)

Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Brian Smith will speak about his latest project, photographing 'Art & Soul' for The Creative Coalition. Over 100 celebrities including Anne Hathaway, Ellen Burstyn, Tony Bennett, Harry Belafonte, James Denton, Jamie Kennedy, Alyssa Milano and Taye Diggs have been photographed for 'Art & Soul' with the goal of producing a coffee table book aimed at raising the public awareness of the importance and impact of the arts by allowing creative artists to use their celebrity to shine a spotlight on the importance of the arts and arts education.
In May of this year, Tim Daly, Dana Delany, Alfre Woodard, Kerry Washington and Barry Levinson of The Creative Coalition presented the series to The White House and Congress as part of their successful effort to lobby for increased funding for the arts and arts education. WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING
“Selina has a graceful way of cutting through the distractions and defining the heart of the issue. Her intuition about what art-buyers want in a portfolio viewing is invaluable for an emerging photographer. Not to mention her warm, nurturing personality creates an environment within a consultation that allows for profound self-awareness and real exploration, always with an eye toward the pragmatic application of one’s vision.”
Tait Simpson
NYC
"Working with Selina has changed the way I approach my work, the perspective of how others see me and how I see myself. Others may think it extravagant, to work with a consultant, but to me it is necessary. It’s going for your Ph.D in photography and business with a private tutor: learning the nuance of portfolio development, marketing, follow up, and most importantly, a lesson taken right out of advertising agencies, creating a strong brand and image. Without it I’m just another photographer on the bottom shelf of the supermarket aisle hoping someone will notice me."

Lisa Kereszi: "Places of Escape"
Join us for an inspiring talk and show of images by Lisa Kereszi, Acting Director of Undergraduate Photography Studies at Yale University School of Art. An award-winning photographer herself, Kereszi is represented by Yancey Richardson Gallery in New York, where she has had two solo shows. Two other solo shows were held at Pierogi in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and her work has been exhibited in group shows at the Whitney Museum, The Brooklyn Museum of Art, BAM, The Bronx Museum of Art and various other museums and galleries nationwide. Lisa Kereszi was born in 1973 in Pennsylvania, graduated from Bard College and holds an MFA from Yale. Early in her career, she worked as an assistant to Nan Goldin. Since 2000, she has taught at a variety of universities as a visiting artist/critic, among them ICP, SVA, NYU, Parsons, Vassar and UNC Chapel Hill. Much of her work can be seen on her website: http://www.lisakereszi.com. At this second in 2009 of APA|NY's Image Maker Lecture Series, Kereszi will show and discuss her work from the last 8 years, which consists mostly of details in interior spaces devoid of their usual inhabitants – those enjoyment seekers of one sort or another: strip club clientele, carnival goers, drinkers and escapists in general. The work is her close look at the way these experiences are molded by the containers shrewdly built for them. She will include work from Times Square, Coney Island and Governors Island, as well as new work that shows a move outside into the greens and browns of her current world, rather than just the blacks and neon reds and nighttime blues. She will also show forays into editorial work, and discuss balancing the two. You can see more of her work at the following links: http://www.andersonhopkins.com/kereszi/kereszi.html |

Thursday January 8th, 2009 THE ART OF ESTIMATING & BIDDING: |
The bid has always been considered the much maligned “necessary evil” to getting gigs. It’s really all in your perspective. As soon as you step away from the spreadsheet stereotype that is associated with bidding, you’ll find a world of creative thinking and deal making that can make the process of bidding an interesting step to getting on the set. The key is to think like a Hollywood agent. When dealing with talent agencies, locations and rental houses, there is always a deal to be made. It’s just numbers, and you’re the one with the checkbook. Join APA|NY and our A-list panel on January 8th, 2009 for an informative, educational and entertaining evening and find out how you too can make sense of the estimating and bidding process - and set yourself up for a year of winning bids! The Art of Estimating and Bidding Panel will feature one photographer, one rep, one art buyer, and one producer. Lou Lesko of Blinkbid will moderate the discussion.

On Thursday April 3rd, APA|NY is putting together a panel discussion on legal and copyright issues that affect photographers today. The panel will feature top attorneys, photo agents and art buyers discussing this important matter. We are seeking input from APA photographers who have been through litigation associated with their photography, whether it’s copyright infringement, contracts, licensing or other general legal issues. Please share your experiences and help us to shape this event and educate other photographic professionals. Send us an email at office@apany.com. Please include in your email whether you would be interested in appearing on the panel at the event. |
Description: Join moderator/instructor Louisa Curtis and a stellar panel line-up to talk about all things legal, copyright and licensing - the burning issues of the day for all photographers. The panel is comprised of two attorneys, both experts in the field of copyright law and infringement, two photo agents as well as two art buyers from the advertising agency side - all of who have in-depth experience with a wide range of issues pertaining to these legal topics and invite your questions during the event. To quote Jeff Schewe from the Key to Copyright Protection section on the APA National website - “When it’s created, it’s copyrighted, right? Well yes and no. In reality, a copyright without copyright registration is next to worthless.” We will address and discuss such topics as:
Don’t miss this exciting group of experts who can help guide and educate you in the sometimes tricky but essential business of protecting your work. This panel is suitable for all levels and is especially important for anyone who is interested or involved in the “business” of licensing their creative works. |

Welcome to the Digital age...where assignments (and fees) are down and competition is up. How can today's pro photographer adjust, identify and take advantage of the income opportunities left available to them?
Whether we as pros like it or not, "Stock Photography" has become the major source of imagery for today's photo buyers, designers and art directors, and in order to thrive and survive every pro photographer, no matter what their specialty, needs to understand this market and how they could possibly integrate it into their business model.
This fast paced seminar starts with an historical overview of the Stock Photo industry and progresses through the changes this buying (and selling) model has faced over the years, bringing us to where we are today. Throughout the seminar we will examine the various opportunities that photographers in todayís market have to create new incremental revenue streams.
Featured is Digitalrailroad.net Marketplace (www.digitalrailroad.net), the recently launched and highly acclaimed new image sales service that's poised to turn the industry on its head by returning control, opportunity and profit back into the hands of photographers - where it belongs!
Join us for an informative, educational and entertaining evening and find out how you too can maximize the opportunities available in this fast changing, highly competitive market.

Aric Mayer: The Post-Documentary Landscape
Born in 1970 in Kenya, Aric Mayer grew up traveling with his American parents. He attended public school in Nairobi and then high school at Rift Valley Academy.
At the age of seven Aric was given his first camera and began a lifetime of making pictures. Coming to the United States at the age of 17, Aric first earned an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from John Brown University and then a Master of Fine Arts degree in painting from Pratt Institute. Once he was the US with a car and some free time, Aric found a continent-wide country with no borders or language barriers and few man-eating predators. He started driving and over the next decade made his way through every one of the 48 contiguous states.
A partial list of Aric's photography clients includes Bomb Magazine, where he is a contributor, Columbia Journalism Review, The Wall Street Journal, Harper’s Bazaar, Seventeen, Sony Entertainment, Comedy Central and MTV Networks. His work has been shown in New York City, New Orleans and Seattle.
Aric's work frequently deals with overlapping genres and aesthetics. In 2006, Aric produced, directed, shot and edited The Shop of Wild Dreams a 58-minute film created in collaboration with Danijel Zezelj and The Tiptons. Aric’s solo exhibition of color photographs at Gallery Bienvenu, titled Balance + Disorder: A Response to Hurricane Katrina and the Photographic Landscape, commemorated the first anniversary of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. That same year The Studio Museum in Harlem commissioned him to make a body of photographs in Harlem for publication in the museum's journal, Studio.
Aric lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two children.

He works to evoke a sense of reality and simplicity in everyday scenarios, while bringing an underscored technical mastery to his vision. His use of color juxtaposes both the real and the fantasy, showcasing life in a series of poetic interpretations.
With influences ranging from Rothko to Pink Floyd to Alfred Hitchcock, Franco draws on many various sources to create his vision. Franco lives with his wife Lucia, and daughter Nora in a mid century modern house in Woodstock NY.

What is the potential cost to you and your family if you become hurt and can't work, if you become sick or disabled and your bills pile up? As a professional photographer, your hands, your eyes, and indeed, your entire body are your greatest assets. Having the appropriate health insurance in place as well as the right disability insurance program to replace lost income, might well be the most important investments in yourself, your business, and your career.
Taught by Aaron Schindler, a former photo agent turned financial advisor and author of the ASMP Bulletin’s Money Maters column, and Lance Stern, Financial Representative, this seminar will teach you about discounted sole proprietor health insurance plans that are typically 30% - 50% cheaper than individual policies. For studio owners with full time employees, you will learn about group health plans that are typically 20% to 40% cheaper than individual policies. Additionally, you will learn what carriers provide the better disability policies for photographers and how to apply for them.
