Submission Guidelines:

Entries being accepted between February 1st and February 29th Monday March 3rd, 2008.
PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY. ALL IMAGE SUBMISSIONS ARE DIGITAL.

Image categories are PROFESSIONAL and STUDENT. In each category you may submit either a SINGLE IMAGE and/or SERIES. You do not have to be a member of APA to enter.

HOW TO SUBMIT IMAGES
1. The call for entries theme is Tell Us A Story. All of your images must follow the competition theme.
2. Submit images digitally only: Longest side of image dimension must not exceed 1024 pixels.
3. Files must be RGB or Grayscale at 72 DPI.
4. Files must be saved as JPEGs at "high" or "maximum" quality.
5. After submitting the Entry Form on-line you will be directed to a secure web page to pay your entry fees online. At the completion of payment you will be directed to a page with instructions on how to submit your images. An alternative method is to download the Fax Back entry form. Payment must accompany the entry form in order for jurors to consider it for the competition.
6. You may enter up to 3 Single Entry images.
7. You may enter up to 2 different Series Entries of work. Series entries must contain three photographs that are relate to each other.
8. Each file for entry must be titled exactly as indicated below, with YOUR name, and image numbers included in the file name as shown below or your entries may be disqualified:

APA|NY will cover the cost of printing and hanging winning and selected work for the gallery show at Calumet Photographic.
